Role Overview:
- Support senior engineers in building and maintaining cloud-native data pipelines, AI/ML solutions, and analytics platforms. Ideal for fast learners passionate about cloud technologies and automation.
Key Responsibilities & Candidate Qualifications:
- Design and optimize smart data pipelines for real-time analytics and AI workflows.
- Migrate and optimize legacy systems to cloud-native architectures (Redshift, Synapse).
- Customize and deploy generative AI solutions (e.g., document summarization, code automation).
- Build MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring (SageMaker Pipelines, Azure ML Studio).
- Develop real-time dashboards embedded into client apps (Power BI, QuickSight).
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and security gaps in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with startup founders on use cases.
- 3+ years in data engineering, cloud architecture, or ML engineering.
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure services (Glue, SageMaker, Data Factory, Synapse).
- Advanced Python/SQL skills and experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Track record of deploying AI models (e.g., churn prediction, NLP) in production.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into customer value.
- Preferred Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect/Azure Data Engineer.
- Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer (bonus).
